Sworn translations - can only be performed by an official translator entered in the Register of Sworn Translators kept by the Polish Minister of Justice. The profession of sworn translator is regulated by Polish law, and in order to obtain the title the candidates have to successfully pass the state examination before the State Examination Board at the Polish Ministry of Justice. Sworn translators certify their translations with an official round seal issued by the State Mint. Examples of documents submitted for sworn translation include, for example:

Types of offered translations

Ordinary translations – do not contain the translator’s statement by which he certifies the conformity of the translation with the presented document. They are usually requested for private, professional, or business purposes. Examples of documents which can be translated in this way include:
